- Cocktail glass
- 30 ml The Alpinist Swiss Premium Bitter
- 30 ml The Alpinist Swiss Premium Dry Gin
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml egg white
- 20 ml orgeat (almond syrup)
- 1 dash chocolate bitters
Add all the ingredients (except chocolate bitters) to your shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Fill your glass with ice cubes and pour your mixture into the cocktail glass. Spray a dash of the chocolate bitters over the drink and serve.
