This 15-year-old Panamanian shows matured molasses rum aromas, which are surrounded by a strong wood spice, Brazil nuts and almonds. With the fine sweetness of dried apricots, mango and prunes. Mixed in are butter caramel, but also shortcrust pastry and vanilla crescents, a hint of candy floss and a dash of coconut.

Panama Las Cabras Distillery
Don Pancho Fernández is considered a living legend within the rum industry. He has been master blender at the Las Cabras distillery for over 30 years, which he rejuvenated in the 1990s with his long-time friend and business partner Carlos Esquivel. This 15-year-old rum is infused with fragrant aromas, a tribute to tropical Panama, from which Don Pancho drew his inspiration.
