You will find traces of exotic fruits and dried fruits in the nose. From the maturation process, it retains a woody spiciness and lots of fruit on the palate: Rum sultanas, rum pot with pineapple and a hint of coconut. The finish is soft and ends in dominating humidity.

Barbados Foursquare Rum Distillery
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the 18th century Foursquare Distillery is located on an 8-hectare former sugar plantation in southern Barbados. The distillery was awarded Rum Distillery of the Year in 2016 and is the producer of a wide range of rums, including the very popular Doorly’s, Old Brigand and E.S.A. Feld.
